Refund and Cancellation Policy
Thank you for purchasing through www.newbeginnings.com.ph. We appreciate your business and are excited to bring our products to your doorstep. Please read these policies carefully as they will give you important information about your rights and obligations as our customer concerning any purchase you make through us unless specifically stated otherwise on the sales page. By purchasing, you acknowledge you have read and agree to the following:
Cancellation and Refund Policy: Shipping and Handling
Any costs associated with shipping, handling, and/or processing of orders are non-refundable.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: Standard Products and Services
One-time purchases of products are subject to a 14-day review period unless otherwise stated on the sales page. This 14-day period begins on the date the product is ordered.
All shipping and handling fees associated with the product ordered are non-refundable.
Products ordered can be returned within the review period provided that a written request for a return authorization shall be sent via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. FrieslandCampina shall immediately send the return authorization via email.
The physical return of a product MUST be accompanied by a return authorization and must be received by Friesland Campina within the 14-day review period. All products received after the 14-day period are non-refundable.
Product Returns: Physical Products
If the product returned during the review period is in new and unopened condition, you will receive a full refund of the original purchase price, less any shipping and handling fees.
A refund can be refused under the following conditions:
1. The product return is not accompanied by a return authorization
2. The product is completely broken and unusable
3. The product is returned incomplete, or is not in the same condition as you received it.
4. The product is not in its original box and/or packaging.
5. The product is returned beyond the 14-day review period
