If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, Friesland Campina will gladly accept returns of packages and issue a full refund of the original price, less any shipping and handling fees, provided that the return, accompanied by a return authorization, is made within the 14-day review period. How to Return a Product
Just contact us through frisosupport@newbeginnings.com.ph or via telephone at +632-7980644 or +63917 5376836 and request for a return authorization. Friesland Campina shall immediately send the return authorization via email. You may then return the product, accompanied by the return authorization, at Unit 302, 3rd floor A. Venue Mall, Makati Avenue, Makati City.
Packing Your Return
The box that the items were originally shipped in can be reused if the sizing is appropriate. Simply refer to our Refund and Cancellation policy.
